The Process

• Application Approval
• Paint inspection
• Orange Peel, halos, hairline scratches, oil, overspray
• Identification of flaws
• Mark flaws, and determine best corrective measures
• Meticulous pre-application inspection
• Once applied, Titan cannot be removed other than by mechanical means, the surface must be perfect.
• Preparation and cleansing of surface
• Car is placed in clean-room and all buffing residue, dust, oil, and fingerprints are removed
• Curing and reapplication
• Titan coating is allowed to cure prior to reapplication (up to 5x) or final inspection
• Final Inspection
• Delivery of Vehicle
• After final cure-time has been achieved, a shiny, Titan-protected vehicle is delivered to it's owner

Elastomer Coating Technology

Elastomeric coatings are the new generation of protection. This technology has the following advantages:
